Benny Cheong is a Registered Electrical Professional Engineer and holds an EMA License as an Electrical Engineer (up to 66kV). In addition, he is also an SP Power Grid Approved High Voltage Testing Engineer (HVTE) and Extra High Voltage Supervisor (up to 230 kV).  Benny holds an impressive 20-year portfolio working in M&E Consultancies, Switchboard/Transformer Manufacturers, and M&E Contractor.  He has also carried out LEW services for various mission critical installations such as Data Centers, Semiconductor Fabs, Hospitals, Rail Traction System, Financial Center, etc.  Benny is a strong proponent of maintaining close relationships with his employees and clients, to promote LC Engineering Services as an effective partner and employer.

Guo Dong is a Registered Electrical Professional Engineer and an EMA Licensed Electrical Engineer with 20 years of post-graduate experience working in the industry.
With an impressive portfolio that involves Planning, Design & Consultancy, LEW Licensing, Installation, Maintenance work, Project Management, and Testing, he has worked with several notable companies’ large projects, including various mission critical installations such as Data Centers, Pharmaceutical Plants, Petrochemical Plants, etc.
